It was a very successful weekend for Track North athletes competing at both the Ontario Track and Field Championships in Toronto and the Eastern Canadian Espoir Team Championships in St. John's Newfoundland.

Caroline Ehrhardt, competing in the 15 and under category, jumped her way to a gold and silver medal at the Ontario championships held at York University.
